​Welcome retreatants! 

The following will guide you through the rest of the registration process and provide information for the year.  If at any point you have questions, please contact office@loyolainstitute.org or by calling (714) 997-9587 and one of our team members will be happy to help.

We ask that you please complete these first two steps by August 20th.


Please add the item below to your cart to process a non-refundable $100 deposit.  If you wish to mail in a check, please ensure that it arrives by August 20th.

Spiritual Autobiography

The purpose of this form is to help you to become aware of your spiritual journey as you enter into this retreat and to share your spiritual story confidentially with your spiritual director, who will receive it with openness, reverence, and gratitude.

Weekly spiritual direction meetings

During the week of August 24th you will be contacted by your spiritual director for an introduction and to establish preferred meeting dates and times


An orientation meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. PDT to go over the process and answer any other questions you may have.

Note: All zoom meeting information will be provided via email one week prior to scheduled date.


You can pay the remaining $900 balance by:

  • paying in full at this time by adding the item "SEDL Balance" in your cart.

  • setting up auto-payments with a credit or debit card by filling out and submitting this form to finance@loyolainstitute.org. Payments will be processed on the 1st of every month beginning September 1st.

  • mailing checks made out to Loyola Institute (or L.I.S.) and addressed to

Limited scholarships are available.  They do not cover the requested deposit amount.   To submit an application please fill out this form and return it to finance@loyolainstitute.org no later than August 20, 2020.    


We understand that unforeseeable situations can impact your ability to keep your commitment to this program.  Whatever your reasons, we encourage you to reach out and discuss your decision with your spiritual director.  If after careful consideration you decide not to continue with the program, please contact our office as soon as possible.



The $100 deposit is non-refundable.  Thereafter, as long as the cancellation is made prior to the first of the month, a refund will apply for any payments made in advance.


Spiritual Direction Concerns

If at any point you have concerns regarding spiritual direction that you are not able to discuss with your director, we invite you to contact Executive Director Lori Stanley at (714) 997-9587 x 105 or at stanley@loyolainstitute.org.


Any communications from us will be sent to the email address you provided at the time you registered.  If you need to change this address at any time, please notify us at office@loyolainstitute.org.
