This course explores the emergence and transformative impact of four pillars of Ignatian Leadership: self-awareness, creative flexibility, heroic aspiration, and loving service. Inspired by the witness of St. Ignatius and the early Jesuits, participants will reflect on the presence and potential of these four pillars in their own lives.
