You grow and mature in every aspect of your life.  All too often, you do not pay attention to the aspects of human development with regard to your spiritual life.  This course will provide you with an introduction to the stages of maturity.  It will introduce the benefits of and obstacles to development and growth in yourself and others.  It can help you integrate concepts of maturity in the mind, the body and the spirit.

What you can expect to do:

 

·      Explore theories of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual elements of human development. 

·      Participate in exercises and/or discussions to assist in identifying stages and aspects of maturity and growth. 

·      Develop and improve the ability to understand the impact that maturity has on mental, emotional, social and                spiritual life.

·      Engage in reading about and viewing human development to enhance your understanding of how maturity can            assist in integrating all aspects of your life.

 

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to identify stages of human development.  You will understand how mental, emotional, social and spiritual growth can be integrated to allow you to have a greater sense of wholeness and true freedom.
