This course covers a general understanding of Ignatian spirituality, explores its roots and how it can benefit everyone. Instruction begins by exploring the topic of spirituality from a contemporary lens and introduces spiritual perspectives and practices that influenced St. Ignatius of Loyola. Participants will be given the opportunity to examine their own experience of spirituality and how it aligns with Ignatian spirituality.
