You are exposed to so much input in your daily life that your brain begins to make shortcuts. You see and deal with those things which are important and disregard others. This workshop will help you see which shortcuts you have developed and how they impact how you relate to others and the world.

What you can expect to do:
· Engage in discussions and exercises to identify your specific shortcuts and what biases they create.
· Engage in reading and viewing to learn how biases form and which are beneficial and which impede your spiritual growth.
· Engage in prayer and exercises to help identify and diminish barriers to the acceptance of others without regard to gender, color, race or ability.
· Identify “the other” as God.

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to identify barriers that impede your growth and have a template for developing your strengths.
