BioSpiritual Focusing

BioSpiritual Focusing is a process that allows us to deepen our personal self-awareness through a reflective exploration of inner movements-- of emotion, bodily sensation, and memory held in the body.   Here at LIS we offer opportunities to assist people to develop a quality of listening presence, both within themselves and with other persons.

The starting point for any path to wholeness is our personal inner journey of growing into communion with ourselves.  Focusing can facilitate spiritual growth, creativity, healthcare, decision making, and stress reduction. The Day of Presence is an introductory four-hour presentation that provides an opportunity to find out if this path is right for you.
