Since 2005, LIS has entered a new, exciting phase of our ministry: directly fostering the formation of lay spiritual ministers. The LIS team began to spend more time training others, so the delivery of spiritual programs has shifted toward empowering lay ministers to assist others in basic spiritual skills and practices within congregations, schools, and other organizations. In 2008, we added another exciting new dimension to our ministry with Biblical Programs including workshops, retreats, and institutes that are available in various lengths and formats.
